Recruitment and Placement
Recruitment can be a cumbersome and time consuming process taking you away from your core business. ACEVic’s expertise, networks and group purchasing rates mean that our service is easier and more effective than going it alone. ACEVic members are entitled to support with recruitment as part of their membership.
HR Planning and Services
As organisations grow, their needs human resources needs change with them. ACEVic offers a position classification / reclassification service to help you to make sure that any new positions you are offering are appropriately classified. You can also apply to have current position descriptions reclassified if the needs of the job change.
Good Human Resource planning is a by-product of good Strategic and Organisational Planning. ACEVic can support you with your planning needs by facilitating planning workshops and processes. We customise planning to meet your organisation’s size, stage of development and the history of individual staff and commitee members. Prices are available by contacting the ACEVic office. Leadership and Management
We provide training on a range of leadership and management topics. Our workshops are specific to the needs of ACE sector managers and leaders. We also work with a range of consultants in niche areas.
Committee Training
ACE is a unique sector with a particular history and culture. No two ACE Committees of Management or Boards are the same. Our training is customised for delivery to individual committees.
